How to Open an Account


Start Up

  1. Complete the on-line registration form and submit
  2. Airport Express will contact you to set up your account
  3. Start booking online

Using the Site

Why not book for your clients or colleagues on the site by following the three easy steps:

  1. Select the date/s of travel and ticket/s you require
  2. Pay by credit/debit card or on account (volume specific)
  3. Use the reference number given to pick up your ticket on departure from our ticket machines or on board the train (Gatwick Express only)

Ticket Collection

Tickets can be collected by the following methods

  • From a dedicated Ticket Machine located at the platforms of the train station and airport (Heathrow Express)
  • From one of our ticket offices (Heathrow Express only)
  • On board the train (Gatwick Express only)
